Co-hosts Joe and Lauren share their own personal stories and struggles with mental health and how to find help to get through it.

  • Reach out and check in with your friends to make sure they’re doing ok.

  • Public figures like Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain are under a large amount of pressure to be an example/role model. And this goes for anyone who is a role model or inspiration to others. Everyone is allowed to be vulnerable and not perfect so check in with your friends who seem like they have it all together publicly/on social media just to make sure they’re really doing ok in private.

  • Go to a local pet store or animal shelter and pet a dog, cat or other furry animal because it is so therapeutic and can help you feel better if you are down.
