About the Guest
A farm girl from the middle-of-nowhere rural Illinois, Dina Chon serves The Aneurysm and AVM Foundation (TAAF) from a place of loss having survived the death of her mother from a burst aneurysm on Christmas Day when Dina was 16 years old. With decades of experience in higher education and the nonprofit sector, Dina guides TAAF’s community with the idea that service is healing.
💡Fun Fact:
I once killed a car trying to avoid hitting a deer. In fact, speaking of killing things, I am known for killing a song or album. I will play it over and over until I can’t stand it any more. I am currently killing an album from 2006 by the band Under the Influence of Giants. Finally, I took my youngest to LA to see BTS when they were just here… and not only did we attend 2 days, I LOVED it!
